Terms of Sale and Website Use

These terms apply to purchases from the US store at masonsmeats.com and use of its US shopping services. The seller is Masons Meats Inc., 5615 FM 973, Del Valle, TX 78617. Contact us at info@masonsmeats.com. Separate terms may apply to stores serving other countries.

Orders and payment

Please check your products, quantities, delivery address and contact details before placing an order. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian who can do so. Payment must be authorized by the payment account holder.

US store prices are in US dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown before you complete your purchase. We take payment when you place your order. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt; we accept your order when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot accept an order because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a legal restriction, we will tell you and promptly refund any payment for the canceled items. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement.

Products and availability

Our jerky is made from whole cuts of beef. Shape, color, texture and marbling naturally vary between pieces and batches. Product images are illustrative; this does not affect your rights if a product is defective, unsafe or materially different from its description. Please read the product information and packaging for ingredients, storage and use instructions.

Shipping and order changes

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States. Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch and delivery. Contact info@masonsmeats.com promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will help where possible, but cannot guarantee changes once preparation or dispatch has begun. Your rights when we cannot meet a promised shipping date are unaffected.

Problems and refunds

Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how we handle damaged, incorrect and faulty products. We do not routinely accept food returns for a change of mind, but you are welcome to contact us and we will see what we can do. Nothing in these terms limits remedies or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Promotions and website use

Any promotion is subject to the conditions shown with the offer, including its expiry, qualifying products and any limits on combining discounts. Please use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or copy our branding, images or content for commercial use without permission, except where permitted by law.

Responsibility and disputes

We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for unsafe food, personal injury, fraud or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Texas law governs these terms, except where mandatory law gives you additional protections. Please contact us first if something goes wrong so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or waive any right to bring a claim or participate in a class action.

Updates and privacy

We may update these terms for future orders by posting a revised version. The terms in effect when you order apply to that purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information; accepting purchase terms does not by itself provide consent to optional marketing or tracking.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes your information to operate the store and provide services based on your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. Information may be processed internationally. See our Privacy Policy for details and your choices.
